My first Android Application.

I decided to combine business with pleasure. In one hand I have to learn Android development and in another hand I have to learn Chinese rules of the road.

So, I made an Android application to learn it. I used eclipse IDE for developing. During developing I met some "pearls" of Java, which I have to accept as is.

I hope the application will be useful for someone. There is only Russian version currently, but if someone needs English, Spanish or Chinese, write to me.

Chess game publisher!

I usually play chess at ajaxplay.com, but the site has some defects and admin doesn't pay attention for them. Therefore I decided to develop mine own chess portal. I know it is a huge website and it is too hard for single developer. Once I showed first fruits of the site to a friend of mine, he said that it is good, but he would like publish his games in the internet and he can't find any solutions for that. So here it is! Take a look for the example below and try it yourself www.chess.miyconst.com. If you like chess and you have some free time, I would be glad for any kind of help, such as testing, translating and of course developing.

Color Lines alpha version.

It was so many years ago when I did see this game first time. It was an old AMD 486 DX2-66, MS DOS was using as operation system. Someone likes this game, someone not, but everyone knows it. After time there were released a lot of clones, but the “old veteran” was most simple and looks pretty. It doesn’t have any cool animation also doesn’t have any strange sounds; therefore people did like it and spent a lot of time… When my knowledge of C# was grown up I made own implementation of the game. It was win-application. I developed it with a good friend of mine. Then my computer crashes and I lost the code, it is pity.

Time of HTML and CSS became! Sometimes I think, Windows’s desktop should be a webpage )). CSS3 released, html 5 too, but html with css are nothing without compatible browser, lucky there is a modern, simple and useful Google Chrome. Once I felt boring and sink into childhood memories… After some time the new implementation of the old game was ready. The alpha version compatible only with Chrome, but Mozilla FireFox also may display it, just need to append style sheets. It will be done when I feel boring again. This web-site was created to show what I can do. In a fact I do not need it. The website is simple as possible. It contains some pages and very simple cms with SQL Server database. All images provided by Google. The design of the website partly copied from a template which I found here http://www.metamorphozis.com/, but html markup, images and java script implemented completely by myself. This http://css3generator.com/ generator was used to generate css3 style.

In future I plan to use this cms http://umbraco.org/. Also php and ruby version of site comes soon. I do it for fun therefore I can’t clearly tell you when php and ror version will be ready. Anyone who want can download source code and use it. I would be glad to see any comments.

Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, Adobe Photo Shop CS 4, Microsoft Picture Manager 2007, ABBY Lingvo X3, File Zilla Free ftp client, WinRar, Google Chrome, Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Donkey 9 and Tuborg 0.5 were used during website developing.
